This low-maintenance structure requires no painting or finishing and is UV-resistant. The simulated shingle roof is designed to shed snow and rain, giving you more time to think about what's inside the shed instead of worrying about what's on the outside.

The double doors provide easy access, and close securely with internal spring latches, interior deadbolts and an exterior padlock loop. A screened vent above the door allows for ventilation, and the polyethylene floor is resistant to oil, solvents, and stains. This shed comes with a 10-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Assembly can easily be accomplished in a weekend by two or more people. A level wooden base or gravel pad will be necessary.

For your convenience, liftgate service is included with this purchase. This means that upon delivery, the carrier will use a liftgate on the truck to lower your item to the ground. You will then need a dolly or handtruck, or assistance with the product from that point on. Many retailers charge for this service of getting the package off the truck or require the customer to do it themselves.
